Roy Swonger

Roy Swonger has over three decades of experience in commercial software development. His 20+-years at Oracle has included work on software process, quality improvement as well as management roles in technical documentation, software development tools, and core database technologies. Roy has managed the Database Upgrade & Utilities in the Server Technologies division for more than 15 years, responsible for the development of database features. Additionally, Roy runs the global Upgrade Program for the database.

Martin Bach, Accenture Enkitec Group Director

Martin Bach

Martin is a full-stack consultant working for @Enkitec in Europe, focusing on Cloud technologies, DevOps, and Oracle Engineered Systems. The Linux operating environment and open-source software have always been his favourite research topics besides the Oracle Database he is intimately familiar with. In addition to his day job Martin has become a successful technical author, he contributed to 3 books about the Oracle database. Martin is a member of the Oracle Certified Master community, and he is also a proud member of the Oak Table network and an Oracle Ace Director. Furthermore Martin is a regular speaker at Oracle conferences and likes to blog about Oracle, cloud, and open source software.

Julian Dontcheff, Global Oracle Technology Practice Lead, Accenture

Julian Dontcheff

Julian is the Global Database Lead of Accenture. His primary responsibility is managing and leading the Global Oracle Technology Practice which includes Autonomous Cloud, IaaS, PaaS, Database Services, Engineered Systems, Java, Middleware, Security and all other areas falling under Oracle Technology. He is also the Accenture-Enkitec Group Managing Director for Europe. Julian is an Oracle ACE Director since June 2011 and Master Technology Architect & Master Data Architect within Accenture.
