Forbid to set Reseller = VAD themselves and to set Reseller = End User without approval.
If VADs resell Oracle Products to End Customers directly without Resellers, please use Partner Transaction Type, and Partner e-Business Discount is applied to that transaction. If VADs would like to apply VAD e-Business Discount to Partner Transaction, Request Approval is required.
Extension of Validity of Non-Standard Commercial Terms (new)
The validity of non-standard commercial terms which were offered to an Oracle PartnerNetwork (“OPN”) member last quarter for distributing the products and/or services listed to an end user customer pursuant to a valid Oracle distribution agreement, has been extended. For more details, click
