CODES OF CONDUCT

Oracle Community Yatra (OCYatra) is an AIOUG conference intended for learning, networking, and collaboration in the Oracle community. We value the participation of each member of the Oracle community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. This Code of Conduct explains what type of behavior we expect from community members interacting at events. The terms of this Code of Conduct are non-negotiable. We will not tolerate behavior that runs counter to this Code of Conduct. To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any AIOUG events must conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

Behavior

  • You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all event participants.
  • You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the event or other individuals’ participation in the event.
  • You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
  • You will comply with the instructions of event and venue staff.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

Scope

We expect all event participants (including attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and guests) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct covers the main event and all related events (social or otherwise).

Consequences

If we believe that you are not complying with this Code of Conduct, we may deny you entry or require you to leave all event venue(s). You may also be banned from future event participation and social media channels. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve local law enforcement if we deem it appropriate.

If we deny your entry or require you to leave, you will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event or associated events. Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You may only register for and attend the Oracle Community Yatra (OCYatra) event following these Terms. You must complete the event registration process and pay any registration fee to register for the event. Unless the event’s registration webpage specifies otherwise or we expressly inform you otherwise, event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. We may also change the event program at any time at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations. Once paid, registration fees for the OCYatra 2023 conference are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a conference at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone the conference, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed conference within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration Fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed conference shall apply to the rescheduled conference on an INR for an INR basis only.

Communication Channels

As part of this Event, AIOUG will contact you over Telecon, Email, Social Media, and Electronic Messaging Services & SMS Channels. By accepting our terms, you allow AIOUG Team to connect with you to provide helpful information about the Events.

Safety and Security

Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable search upon entry to the conference. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny your entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the conference if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of conference attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.

Data Privacy

Your information-sharing with Event Sponsors - We may provide your conference registration information to Event Sponsors if you schedule to attend any conference sessions or other activities at the event involving Event Sponsors.

Voice and Image

AIOUG and its agents have the right to make photographs or videos of me during the conference. AIOUG does not control the content posted on social networks; in some cases, such content may be publicly available on the Internet. AIOUG is under no obligation to compensate. You agree that AIOUG is the exclusive copyright owner of the photographs/videos. The use of any device to capture images, sound, live stream, upload, or rebroadcast speakers or presentations is strictly prohibited at conference meetings, sessions, and events without express wrote consent from AIOUG

OCYatra 2023 Must-Follow Guidelines

  1. Covid Guidelines: Please do not come if 
    1. Are you or any member of your household currently isolated for suspected symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) 
    2. a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste 
    3. you had signs or tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) in the ten days 
    4. Travelling from abroad from Countries with a travel ban 
  2. Onsite Registration: Complete your onsite registration on or before 9:00 AM 
  3. Allow yourself about 15 minutes in the venue before you get seated to become familiar and comfortable with the surroundings. Engage and network with Oracle Users.
  4. Do not carry any Laptops, cameras etc., to the venue.
  5. Keep mobile phones silent as a courtesy to the speaker and other attendees. Please take it outside the room if you need to take any important call.
  6. Speakers have a hectic schedule, and we need to finish on time. Kindly keep your questions towards the end in the designated slot unless otherwise specified by the speaker. This will help us stay on schedule.
  7. Food is ordered based on the number of registrations. If you cannot attend after registration, please let us know as soon as possible (email ocyatra@aioug.org).
  8. All delegates are requested to take care of their personal belongings.
  9. We are looking to you for valuable feedback at each stage, and please feel free to send us any feedback to ocyatra@aioug.org

CODES OF CONDUCT

Oracle Community Yatra (OCYatra) is an AIOUG conference intended for learning, networking, and collaboration in the Oracle community. We value the participation of each member of the Oracle community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. This Code of Conduct explains what type of behavior we expect from community members interacting at events. The terms of this Code of Conduct are non-negotiable. We will not tolerate behavior that runs counter to this Code of Conduct. To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any AIOUG events must conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

Behavior

  • You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all event participants.
  • You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the event or other individuals’ participation in the event.
  • You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
  • You will comply with the instructions of event and venue staff.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

Scope

We expect all event participants (including attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and guests) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct covers the main event and all related events (social or otherwise).

Consequences

If we believe that you are not complying with this Code of Conduct, we may deny you entry or require you to leave all event venue(s). You may also be banned from future event participation and social media channels. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve local law enforcement if we deem it appropriate.

If we deny your entry or require you to leave, you will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event or associated events. Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You may only register for and attend the Oracle Community Yatra (OCYatra) event following these Terms. You must complete the event registration process and pay any registration fee to register for the event. Unless the event’s registration webpage specifies otherwise or we expressly inform you otherwise, event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. We may also change the event program at any time at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations. Once paid, registration fees for the OCYatra 2023 conference are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a conference at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone the conference, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed conference within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration Fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed conference shall apply to the rescheduled conference on an INR for an INR basis only.

Communication Channels

As part of this Event, AIOUG will contact you over Telecon, Email, Social Media, and Electronic Messaging Services & SMS Channels. By accepting our terms, you allow AIOUG Team to connect with you to provide helpful information about the Events.

Safety and Security

Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable search upon entry to the conference. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny your entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the conference if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of conference attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.

Data Privacy

Your information-sharing with Event Sponsors - We may provide your conference registration information to Event Sponsors if you schedule to attend any conference sessions or other activities at the event involving Event Sponsors.

Voice and Image

AIOUG and its agents have the right to make photographs or videos of me during the conference. AIOUG does not control the content posted on social networks; in some cases, such content may be publicly available on the Internet. AIOUG is under no obligation to compensate. You agree that AIOUG is the exclusive copyright owner of the photographs/videos. The use of any device to capture images, sound, live stream, upload, or rebroadcast speakers or presentations is strictly prohibited at conference meetings, sessions, and events without express wrote consent from AIOUG

OCYatra 2023 Must-Follow Guidelines

  1. Covid Guidelines: Please do not come if 
    1. Are you or any member of your household currently isolated for suspected symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) 
    2. a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste 
    3. you had signs or tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) in the ten days 
    4. Travelling from abroad from Countries with a travel ban 
  2. Onsite Registration: Complete your onsite registration on or before 9:00 AM 
  3. Allow yourself about 15 minutes in the venue before you get seated to become familiar and comfortable with the surroundings. Engage and network with Oracle Users.
  4. Do not carry any Laptops, cameras etc., to the venue.
  5. Keep mobile phones silent as a courtesy to the speaker and other attendees. Please take it outside the room if you need to take any important call.
  6. Speakers have a hectic schedule, and we need to finish on time. Kindly keep your questions towards the end in the designated slot unless otherwise specified by the speaker. This will help us stay on schedule.
  7. Food is ordered based on the number of registrations. If you cannot attend after registration, please let us know as soon as possible (email ocyatra@aioug.org).
  8. All delegates are requested to take care of their personal belongings.

CODES OF CONDUCT

Oracle Community Yatra (OCYatra) is an AIOUG conference intended for learning, networking, and collaboration in the Oracle community. We value the participation of each member of the Oracle community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. This Code of Conduct explains what type of behavior we expect from community members interacting at events. The terms of this Code of Conduct are non-negotiable. We will not tolerate behavior that runs counter to this Code of Conduct. To make clear what is expected, all delegates/attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers and volunteers at any AIOUG events must conform to the following Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

Behavior

  • You will behave in a way as to create a safe and supportive environment for all event participants.
  • You will not engage in disruptive speech or behavior or otherwise interfere with the event or other individuals’ participation in the event.
  • You will not engage in any form of harassing, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior, including (but not limited to) relating to race, gender, gender identity and expression, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, age, sexual orientation, military or veteran status, or other protected category.
  • You will comply with the instructions of event and venue staff.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws.

Scope

We expect all event participants (including attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and guests) to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct covers the main event and all related events (social or otherwise).

Consequences

If we believe that you are not complying with this Code of Conduct, we may deny you entry or require you to leave all event venue(s). You may also be banned from future event participation and social media channels. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve local law enforcement if we deem it appropriate.

If we deny your entry or require you to leave, you will not be eligible to receive a refund of any fees paid to us related to the event or associated events. Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You may only register for and attend the Oracle Community Yatra (OCYatra) event following these Terms. You must complete the event registration process and pay any registration fee to register for the event. Unless the event’s registration webpage specifies otherwise or we expressly inform you otherwise, event registration is subject to availability and may close earlier than the posted deadline, as determined in our sole discretion. We may also change the event program at any time at our sole discretion.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations. Once paid, registration fees for the OCYatra 2023 conference are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a conference at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone the conference, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed conference within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration Fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed conference shall apply to the rescheduled conference on an INR for an INR basis only.

Communication Channels

As part of this Event, AIOUG will contact you over Telecon, Email, Social Media, and Electronic Messaging Services & SMS Channels. By accepting our terms, you allow AIOUG Team to connect with you to provide helpful information about the Events.

Safety and Security

Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable search upon entry to the conference. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny your entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the conference if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of conference attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.

Data Privacy

Your information-sharing with Event Sponsors - We may provide your conference registration information to Event Sponsors if you schedule to attend any conference sessions or other activities at the event involving Event Sponsors.

Voice and Image

AIOUG and its agents have the right to make photographs or videos of me during the conference. AIOUG does not control the content posted on social networks; in some cases, such content may be publicly available on the Internet. AIOUG is under no obligation to compensate. You agree that AIOUG is the exclusive copyright owner of the photographs/videos. The use of any device to capture images, sound, live stream, upload, or rebroadcast speakers or presentations is strictly prohibited at conference meetings, sessions, and events without express wrote consent from AIOUG

OCYatra 2023 Must-Follow Guidelines

  1. Covid Guidelines: Please do not come if 
    1. Are you or any member of your household currently isolated for suspected symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) 
    2. a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste 
    3. you had signs or tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) in the ten days 
    4. Travelling from abroad from Countries with a travel ban 
  2. Onsite Registration: Complete your onsite registration on or before 9:00 AM 
  3. Allow yourself about 15 minutes in the venue before you get seated to become familiar and comfortable with the surroundings. Engage and network with Oracle Users.
  4. Do not carry any Laptops, cameras etc., to the venue.
  5. Keep mobile phones silent as a courtesy to the speaker and other attendees. Please take it outside the room if you need to take any important call.
  6. Speakers have a hectic schedule, and we need to finish on time. Kindly keep your questions towards the end in the designated slot unless otherwise specified by the speaker. This will help us stay on schedule.
  7. Food is ordered based on the number of registrations. If you cannot attend after registration, please let us know as soon as possible (email ocyatra@aioug.org).
  8. All delegates are requested to take care of their personal belongings.
  9. We are looking to you for valuable feedback at each stage, and please feel free to send us any feedback to ocyatra@aioug.org
