Did you miss us in January? We are sorry but due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to bring you the January edition, but you get a double edition this month!

In this edition we have 2 releases to update you about. All Digital Assistant instances were upgraded to release 21.12 in January and release 22.02 will be rolling out this month. So we bring you details of both below.

We also share with you IDC's 2021 MarketScape for Conversational AI platforms, some great customer case studies, plus the usual industry news, events and best practice articles.

Oracle Digital Assistant Release 21.12 & 22.02

A22.02 rolling out March

The Oracle Digital Assistant team is thrilled to announce the availability of release 21.12 and 22.02, with some exciting new features.

Release 21.12
  • ML Model and Entity Enhancements
  • Anonymization of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Chat Session Metrics in DA and Skill Insights
Release 22.02
  • Client SDKs now use the Redwood UI theme, which provides a significant update to the look and feel with a new set of icons and changes in form layout.
  • Live Agent Transfer Metrics enable you to track deflection rates, chat handle/wait times for the this scenario.
